Digital Product Studio · Design · Engineering · AI

Digital systems people can understand quickly and enjoy using.

Mivama combines product design, software engineering, commerce, AI and operations into clear digital systems — from the first problem to maintainable delivery.

Work

Products we build and operate ourselves.

Products and plugins Mivama builds and operates itself: an AI-assisted calendar and notes app, a Shopware product advisor, and WordPress tools.

B2B Research & Sales Operations

LeadScout

A self-hosted platform connecting company research, website audits, lead scoring and outreach preparation in one verifiable workflow.

Capabilities

Three fields. One connected delivery system.

Mivama groups the existing service routes into larger delivery domains without creating a second service taxonomy.

How we work

Clear scope. Visible decisions. Maintainable delivery.

We begin with the problem and its users, not a predetermined tool. We then structure, design, build, and verify the smallest useful scope.

  1. 01

    Understand

Clarify the problem, users, evidence, constraints, and current system before choosing a solution.

  2. 02

    Structure

Turn the problem into priorities, flows, boundaries, and the smallest useful scope.

  3. 03

    Design

Make information, interaction, and system behavior understandable before implementation hardens decisions.

  4. 04

    Build

Implement the agreed product surface and the supporting engineering needed to operate it.

  5. 05

    Verify

Test delivered behavior against the agreed task, accessibility, performance, and relevant failure paths.

  6. 06

    Operate

Hand over ownership, observe the system, and evolve it through explicit follow-up work.

Engineering proof

Evidence from the repository, not decorative trust badges.

The current verification path checks code quality, production browsers, accessibility, performance budgets, and experience runtime ownership.

Verification

  • Static and unit verification

Lint, TypeScript, unit tests, React Doctor, and source experience budgets run together in the Verify quality job.

  • Dependency audit and production build

The Verify workflow runs the production dependency audit and the production Next.js build as explicit steps.

Accessibility

  • Chromium, Firefox, WebKit

Production browser tests run as independent jobs across Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit.

  • Automated accessibility scans

Axe coverage includes localized marketing routes plus mobile navigation, FAQ, and validation-error states.

Performance

  • Media and bundle budgets

Source checks and post-build JavaScript and CSS chunk limits are enforced through the experience budget script.

  • Reduced-motion and static fallbacks

Experience features keep essential content complete when advanced motion is unsupported or reduced.

Architecture

  • Single runtime owners

The budget config names one owner each for raw video, IntersectionObserver, matchMedia, and requestAnimationFrame scheduling.

  • Shared UI foundation

Generic primitives come from @mivama/ui while website-specific experience composition stays in this repository.

These are repository-backed engineering practices, not uptime, certification, security-compliance, or customer-outcome claims.
