Overview
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking, or analytics. Personal data is only processed when you use the contact form or contact Mivama by email.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the initiation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Contact form
When you submit the contact form, we process the data you entered (name, email address, organisation, project type, and message) to review your enquiry and reply.
The form is sent to our email provider Resend (resend.com) for delivery. Messages are stored only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry.

Hosting
This website runs as a self-managed Next.js standalone service behind a reverse proxy. Standard technical server logs, such as IP address, date and time, and requested resources, may be processed as required to operate and secure the service.

Your rights
You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data, restrict processing, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact hello@mivama.digital for any request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
